Who we are
The site is operated by Monkey Tech, based in Tirana, Albania. For privacy questions, email hello@monkeytech.al.
We are the controller of personal data you send us through this website, unless we process it only as a supplier to another company under a written agreement.
What the contact form collects
If you use the form, we collect the name, company, email address, optional phone number, and the message you write about how we can help. We use that information to understand the request and to reply.
We do not use the form to run marketing lists. We do not sell this data.
- Name and company — so we know who is writing
- Email (required) — so we can answer
- Phone (optional) — only if you want a call
- Message — the content of your request
Other data
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (for example IP address, browser type, and the page requested) for security and to keep the site running. We do not run a separate analytics SDK on this site.
If you email us directly, we will keep the correspondence as needed to handle the conversation and our records of work.
Legal basis and retention
We process contact-form data because you asked us to reply (pre-contract steps) and because we have a legitimate interest in running a business and keeping a short record of enquiries.
We keep enquiry messages only as long as we need them to respond and to reconstruct what was asked if work follows. We then delete or archive them according to ordinary business practice. If you become a client, data needed to deliver the work is kept under that relationship.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with a hosting or email provider that processes it on our instructions, or if the law requires us to. We do not pass form submissions to advertisers.
Your rights
If the GDPR or Albanian data-protection law applies to you, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data we hold, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Albania (or another supervisory authority in the EEA, where relevant).

Transfers and security
This site may be hosted outside Albania. If personal data is stored in another country, we rely on the arrangements our host provides and on the fact that an enquiry is a limited set of fields you chose to send.
No website is perfectly secure. We take reasonable steps to protect submissions in transit (HTTPS) and to limit who can read them.
