Nothing on the site is an offer that you can accept by clicking, except the invitation to send a message. Descriptions of services and products are general. A real engagement has its own scope, price, and timeline.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: do not attempt to break it, scrape it in a way that harms the service, submit malware, or use the contact form for spam or unlawful content.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send us and for not including data you are not allowed to share.
Intellectual property
The Monkey Tech name, the monkey mark, and the site design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy the mark or the site layout for your own commercial use without permission.
You may quote short passages of the public copy with credit, as ordinary fair practice allows.
No warranty on the brochure
The site is provided as information. We do not warrant that it is complete, current, or suitable for a decision without talking to us. To the extent Albanian law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes only from reading or relying on the public pages.
Liability for actual IT or software work is set in the contract for that work, not in these website terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Courts in Tirana have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
